I just placed an order! *Happy Dance* How long will it take to receive it? 
All orders will be shipped within 10 business days by USPS or UPS Mail. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday from 9 AM-5 PM EST. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once the label for your order has been created. 

I ordered the wrong item. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted if you ordered the wrong item. Please contact hello@westonworkshop.com for assistance promptly. 

My order is showing as delivered, but I have not received it yet. What do I do? 
Please wait up to 7 business days to see if your package arrives. This is a mistake on the end of USPS. If your order doesn't arrive please reach out to USPS so they can better assist! Unfortunately, once I have sent out your package, it is in their hands and I am unable to help much from this end after that.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We are happy to provide a refund for any orders incorrectly fulfilled and assist with any product issues you may have. However, due to the handmade nature of Weston Workshop, we do not accept returns or exchanges outside of this scenario. Please contact us and we'll help you place a new order to ensure your next one is correct!

I purchased a ticket to a workshop/event but am no longer able to attend. What now? 
So sorry you have to miss out! Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for event tickets. You are more than welcome to have another guest come in your place, and we hope to see you at a future event. 

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! 

I need to change my shipping address, what do I do?
Send an email to hello@westonworkshop.com with your name, order # & the new address you would like it shipped to! 

I received damaged items, what do I do?
If your item was damaged during transit please reach out to us via email within 14 days of the delivered date and we will be happy to assist you. If you message us after 14 days, we cannot replace your item. Photos of the damaged item(s) are required! 

Am I able to create a custom order - something not in the shop?
YES! Some of our items have Custom listings available in the shop and you can place an order that way. Otherwise, contact us by DM on instagram (@westonworkshop) or email (hello@westonworkshop.com) with a custom order request and we'll chat details. You will receive a quote and a custom order link to purchase under "Customs" on the website.

How do I care for the glass I ordered? 
If the item requires care, it will include a care card that will detail how to allow them to live their longest life. If you are gifting a WW product, be sure to include this card along with it to the recipient! Click here for full care instructions on all products.
